the hotel location is definitely a plus. it's very close to the national museum. the room was spacious and comfortable with good bedding. the staff were also helpful.

there were some issues . the soundproofing was not adequate and i could hear noise from outside. i also found only a few channels working on the tv and these were only arabic and egyptian channels. the balcony door did not close properly.

The staff was friendly, especially the doorman. He had very friendly chats. I commend him very highly to hotel management. The location was very good. Taxis are very cheap. I found everything here recommendable.

The pictures give an impression that the hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel is in the middle of the town and surrounded by old buildings. Breakfast and the food was a total disaster. It was nothing fresh.

the location is good, close to places i wanted to see.

The room was not clean. I found stains all over the carpet! also, there was no hand washing soap in the bathroom. the suite was not properly cleaned either, disappointing. I expect more from a four-star hotel, though the price was acceptable.
